Ev doesn’t love avocado on its own, so this is a great way for me to mix the healthy fat in with something he loves (apples). Depending on how ripe your avocado is this can be a little chunky or smooth like mousse.
Here’s how to make it:
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Core and quarter 2 red apples.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Combine apple chunks in food processor with 1 avocado, 1/2 cucumber, 1 tbsp grassfed butter, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
- Puree until smooth.
