Green Beans & Yellow Squash

This is a great vegetable side that can be easily gummed and provides a good pincher grasp exercise for fat little baby fingers.

Here’s what you do:

  1. Chop two dozen green beans and 1 yellow squash into bite size pieces.
  2. Combine in a pot with 1 cup water, 1 pat of butter, and 1 tsp of paprika.
  3. Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes. Drain liquid off and transfer to tupperware.
