Brussels sprouts are one of our favorite side dishes in the house, and I was a little surprised when Ev took to them as eagerly as he did. They’re a staple these days and something he often reaches for first on his plate.
- Halve 1 dozen Brussels sprouts.
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Toss sprouts in 4 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar.
- Roast for 35-40 minutes, tossing occasionally.
